结构特点  Structural characteristics
　　 Y2紧凑型高压高效系列电机采用高强度铸铁结构，定子采用F级绝缘真空压力浸渍无溶剂工艺处理(VPI)，转子为笼形结构，采用铸铝一次成型工艺，也可根据客户需求生产铜条转子。该系列产品具有结构紧凑、体积小、可靠性高、造型美观、噪音低、振动小、使用维护方便等特点，适用于风机、水泵、压缩机、工程机械、矿山机械等设备。
The Y2 series of high voltage high efficiency compact three phase asychronous motors with high strengh cast iron structure, insulation class F stator made by VPI process, cage structure rotor made by once forming process, or copper strip rotor made by mid-frequency welding process, have the characteristics of high efficiency, compact structure, small volume, high reliability, beautiful apperance, low noise, little vibration, maintenance convenience, and can be applied to fan, pump, compressor, mining machinery, engineering machinery, etc.
该系列产品的外形及安装尺寸同Y2-355~560 6kV 和 Y2-450~560 10kV系列紧凑型高压三相异步电动机。
This series motors’ mounting dimension is exactly the same as the mounting dimension of Y2-355~560 6kV and Y2-450~560 10kV series high voltage compact motor.
